Ian Bolger

Director of Training Services

Ian has been involved in the family business on a full time basis for the past four years and has worked on a seasonal during his teenage years. Ian brings a strong management and administrative function to the business having managed a number of licenced properties in London for large national pub and restaurant chains. A key skill of Ians is managing the cost base effectively by consistantly beating cost targets by effective negotiation and planning.

As Director of Training Services, Ian is responsible for the growth and development of the training division having previously held training roles during his London tenure. Ian is also responsible for the administrative side of the logistical business. He holds a Certificate in Training, qualifed to train in Food Safety, Bar Management and is a registered licenced haulier in Ireland.

Ian also holds a Certificate in Training and Development with the Irish Institute of Training and Development and is a qualified forklift and motorised pallet truck instructor, registered with the RTITB as well as FAS registered trainer.
